Welcome to the University of Plymouth Colleges Faculty

The UPC Faculty is a unique partnership; consisting of Plymouth University and 18 partner institutions that collaboratively deliver Higher Education. The quality of this provision has been consistently commended by the Quality Assurance Agency.

The strength of the network is the ability to deliver high quality Higher Education that is locally accessible across an enormous region from Bristol to the far South West.

The result has been to successfully widen participation in Higher Education for full time, part-time and Continuing Professional Development learners. UPC Faculty supports over 9,000 students in 2011; the majority studying on a Foundation Degrees. All Foundation Degrees provide opportunities to progress to higher level study often at Plymouth University.

The UPC Faculty's portfolio of programmes is designed with strong input from employers and a focus on local communities that helps to fuel the regions economy and stimulates local regeneration.
